E não há uma religião verdadeiramente assustador vilão obcecado: um careca, tatuado Maçônica início que se chama "Akh Mal" e que se especializa nos assassinatos sádicos imaginação de todos os que estão em seu caminho.

Dan Brown's long-awaited "The Lost Symbol" is actually two books. The first is a thriller repetition of "Mr. Brown, The Da Vinci Code," except that it is set in Washington rather than Paris, and the Masons feature as the star secret society, instead of Opus Dei. The other book, "The Lost Symbol," is a boring lecture, usually comes from the mouth of perennial protagonist of Mr. Brown, Harvard symbology "professor Robert Langdon. He writes about how all religions are really the same religion but why are religious people (which means mainly Christians).
"The Da Vinci Code" preached that the Christian church tried to suppress the "eternal feminine," personified by the supposed wife of Jesus, Mary Magdalene. In "The Lost Symbol", the Christian church is trying to suppress the fact, apparently, one of the principles of Freemasonry that we all secretly worship the sun and Gyptian-Ra God. Who knew?
As a thriller, "The Lost Symbol" is exciting, but readers of "The Da Vinci Code" will note that some of the same characters in the plot, Langdon's partner in here she is Katherine Solomon, a scientist at the Smithsonian institution specialized in "Noetics," a New Age branch of physics that draws the string theory and try to prove that "mind over matter" is a scientific reality.
In "The Da Vinci Code," which was the Holy Grail expert Leigh Teabing, is where is the very Langdon, and Colin Galloway, an ultra-liberal priest in the Washington National Cathedral, which seems to have given up on Jesus Christ for Ra.
There are three Chase form, in which Langdon and fellow criminals escape not only the application of criminal law, but also. And no one religion truly scary villain obsessed: a bald, tattooed Masonic initiation is called "Akh evil" and who specializes in sadistic murders imagination of all who stand in your way.
And speaking of that, Brown's novel strangely ignores until the final pages of the most prominent tribute to Washington for the role of Freemasons in U.S. history: the Washington Monument, towering over the district with its Egyptian obelisk design and flashing pyramid top. It is a symbol that begs to have played a key role in the plot of the novel you want to be on all the Masonic symbols.
